BioWare has announced that Dragon Age: Origins – Awakening, the expansion to highly popular RPG Dragon Age: Origins, is now available for the Mac. The expansion was released in March for Windows, PS3 and the XBox 360 and extends the story of the Grey Wardens as they attempt to rebuild after the events of the original story.
As you might expect, the game offers new spells, items, equipment, abilities and even some new creatures.
System requirements for Dragon Age: Origins – Awakening are:
- Mac OS X 10.6.2 or later
- Intel Core 2 Duo Processor
- 2GB memory
- 3.5GB storage
- ATI X1600 or NVIDIA 7300 or better
Additionally, you will need a copy of the original game. It is an expansion after all, did you expect something different?
